An extremely frost-hardy apricot variety with very large, aromatic fruits that remain firm even when fully ripe and continue to ripen without becoming mealy when the harvest is hard.

Vigour: strong, extremely thick shoots, low branching density, tall canopy
Blossom: medium late, partially self-fertile
Fruit: large to very large, 85 - 95 g, slightly tapered, shell slightly felt-like hairy, basic color yellow-orange, top color bright red marbled
Pulp: juicy
Taste: Aroma comparable to that of the mother variety Magdeburger Frühe, almond-sweet with a slight bitter note
Harvest season: mid-July
Yield: early onset, medium
Disease resistance: despite high infection pressure, no Sharka (plum pox virus) infestation, low susceptibility to Monilia infections
Frost resistance: according to previous experience, winter frost hardy down to -28°C, good experiences have been made with cultivation in colder regions
