Columnar Sweet Cherry (Prunus avium) CLAUDIA

Self-fertile columnar cherry especially suitable for smaller gardens. Due to its fruit quality and taste characteristics, it is one of the best columnar cherries.

Vigour: upright, columnar, slender growth up to a final height of 2.0 - 2.5 m. On the rootstock Gisela 5, the cherry is just a small compact tree, reaches a maximum height of 2.5 - 3 m, does not take up much space and is suitable for small gardens.
Blossom: self-fertile
Fruits: medium-sized, average weight 9 g, dark red to brownish-red, resistant to cracking, easy to transport and store. The fruits ripen in dense clusters on fruit branches along the main axis.
Pulp: light red, fleshy
Taste: deliciously sweet, aromatic
Harvest season: second half of June
Yield: high and regular
