Pulp: moderately dense, creamy, juicy, excellent taste is full-bodied, harmonious, sweet and sour
Haevest season: harvest maturity in the second half of September, consumption maturity in October
Storage: in the cellar until the end of March, in the refrigerator until May
Yield: early onset, high and regular
